Data and purposes

We may process contact data, account data, billing data, technical data such as IP and cookies, and data entered by customers in the application, for communication, service delivery, billing, security and legal claims.

Recipients and transfers

Data may be shared with hosting, e-mail, payment, invoicing and IT providers. If Google Analytics is used, data may be transferred outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Rights

Data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection where applicable, and may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.

Automated decisions

Personal data are not used for automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects under Article 22 GDPR.
